Spent Iris

Irises are so interesting to look at close-up. They are certainly nice from far away, or even just at a normal distance. But once you see macro shots of them you start to notice all these little fuzzy things sticking up, and freckle-like patches. This one was just about to fade and droop over before I took this picture.
